Indexed universal life is permanent life insurance first. Any potential tax-advantaged access through withdrawals and policy loans depends on the contract staying in force, staying outside modified endowment contract status, and being properly structured, funded and managed. For accountants and firm partners we lay out cost of insurance, caps, participation rates, surrender charges and loan interest explicitly, against term insurance, qualified plans and brokerage alternatives. Not everyone should buy an IUL.

Firm partners who wanted the internal rate of return after charges, the MEC math and the lapse scenario before they would look at a single projection.
Accountants tend to arrive already skeptical and already able to read an illustration. We give you the assumptions, the charges and the failure modes. An IUL is life insurance first, and not everyone should buy one.
Policies and recommendations are tailored to your needs, life goals, budget, protection priorities, and financial context.
Compare IUL with other insurance, retirement, investment, and cash-value strategies before making a decision.
Annual reviews provide continued support as funding, policy charges, crediting terms, loans, and goals change.

IUL may suit people who need permanent life insurance, can fund a policy sustainably, have long-term planning goals, and understand that results depend on policy design, charges, crediting terms, underwriting, funding, and keeping the policy in force. It may be considered by high-income professionals, executives, business owners, and families seeking protection alongside retirement-income, tax-diversification, liquidity, or legacy planning. It is not appropriate for every buyer.
